I’ve spent years studying French women, as well as other naturally slim people, and there’s a method to their “slimness,” but it’s probably not what you think. It doesn’t involve dieting and deprivation. It’s an attitude, personal style, a way of looking at the world, and it starts from within.
Whoever wants to loose weight has to understand it does not come cheap. In whatever manner that we become keto slim, whatever product that we take, first of all, the person have to be mentally prepared for the changes. Nobody likes changes. We are comfortable where we are and most of us consider changes to be painful, and 1 of the cause for stress in our lives is changes that occur in our lives. But if anyone is really serious and if the pain of remaining the same is greater than the pain of changing, and determined, willing and able to persevere, it certainly can happen.
Everyone I’ve trained and otherwise helped has experienced the same phenomenon, but the thresholds vary. I’ve known a few rare people that can diet lower than 10% without adding cardio, but most people can’t break double-digit body fat percentages without a very strict diet and regular cardio routine.
First off, fat loss and weight loss are two totally different processes. The common misconception people often make is thinking and claiming that the loss of fat and weight loss are one and the same. That could not be any more wrong. While losing weight can mean loss of fat, it does not necessarily mean that they are one and the same process of losing body mass. There are specifics ways each hold, and though they may have a few elements which are highly identical, they are separate processes overall.
It is wise to avoid having three big meals each day. You can easily take in too many calories, resulting in more difficult weight loss. Rather, try to eat several smaller meals throughout the day. Try to keep your “mini-meals” at or around 200-300 calories each.
Cabbage Soup Diet: This diet has been around for years, and in many different forms. It is a very restrictive diet which has survived over time. The cabbage diet lists what you can eat each day of the week. Since cabbage soup being the main menu choice, this diet can get old quickly. So do it one week at a time. It offers very short term results.
Never use “diet” when referring to your eating plan. Tell others that you are keeping your calories in check or you are watching how much food you eat. When you tell others that you are on a diet, you create negative feelings within yourself, stemming from a feeling of sacrifice and restriction.
Deciding to go on a diet to lose weight safely and quickly and in a healthy manner is not a decision that you should take lightly. Prepare yourself for each stage of the diet: the before, the during, and the after and you will maximize your chances for success.
